SKUcue stores only the Shopify data needed to calculate inventory alerts and tasks.
Data used
SKUcue reads product, variant, inventory level, location, and recent order line data needed to calculate low stock, dead stock, slow mover, and missing cost tasks.
Data minimization
SKUcue does not need customer profiles, payment data, card data, storefront theme access, or checkout data for its core inventory workflow.
Storage and security
Shopify access tokens are encrypted before storage. Database backups contain application data only and are retained for a limited operational window.
Uninstall and deletion
When a shop uninstalls SKUcue, the app token is removed and billing is marked inactive. Shopify privacy redaction webhooks are accepted for shop data deletion.
