SKUcue support is handled by email so every issue has a written record.

Before contacting support

Run a fresh inventory scan, refresh the app, and check whether your products have inventory tracking enabled. This resolves most empty report cases.

Response time

Support is asynchronous and written-first. Typical issues are reviewed within 2 business days.

Billing questions

Billing is handled through Shopify Billing. If a charge, plan change, or cancellation looks wrong, include the store domain and plan name in your email.

Self-serve setup

SKUcue is designed to work without calls: install the app, run an inventory scan, review tasks, and export CSV when needed.

Review plans before launch

SKUcue is waiting for app listing approval. Install will open from the official listing after approval.
